- Saute 1/2 chopped onion for five minutes
- Add 1/2 stalk chopped celery and cook for four more minutes
- Add one clove chopped garlic and stir for 30 seconds
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool
- Combine 3/4 LB ground beef, 1/2 LB ground pork and 1/2 LB ground veal
- Mix in 2 TBL Dijon mustard, 1/4 C sour cream, 1/4 C bread crumbs and your sauteed onion mixture
- Form 4 patties
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook about 6 minutes per side on high heat
