To blender, add
6 oz chocolate morsels
1 TBL instant coffee
1/2 C scalded whole milk
Add 2 TBL rum
Blend for a full minute then add 1 medium egg
Add 1/2 C sugar
Blend another minute
Add 1/2 C cream
Blend another minute
Pour into dessert glasses and chill 4 hours
Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate
