Mushroom Poblano Soft Taco

THESE ARE NOTES FOR GRANDPA.

  1. Put 2 TBL butter and 2 TBL EVOO into skillet
  2. Add 1-2 C mushroom
  3. Sautee until fully cooked
  4. Meanwhile, blacken a poblano
  5. Add chopped garlic into the mushrooms
  6. Add cilantro and corriander into the pot
  7. Skin and chop poblano – remove seeds and vein
  8. Brown small tortillas
  9. Serve with sour cream
