- Put 2 TBL butter and 2 TBL EVOO into skillet
- Add 1-2 C mushroom
- Sautee until fully cooked
- Meanwhile, blacken a poblano
- Add chopped garlic into the mushrooms
- Add cilantro and corriander into the pot
- Skin and chop poblano – remove seeds and vein
- Brown small tortillas
- Serve with sour cream
