These chocolate chip cookies rely on the crystalization of your sugar and butter to keep the cookie formed.
- 1 C almond butter
- 1 C semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt or Maldon salt
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Mix butter, choc chips, sugar, eggs and salt
A ball kind of like dough will form - Place 1 TBL mounds on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Let cool 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling
- Store for up to a week
