Controls quality
Use bones for stick
Use Greek yogurt by itself or buttermilk to marinate
Fry in canola
1 marinated chicken . Shake off excess liquid
2 dip in seasoned flour . Salt, pepper, paprika, etc
3 straight into one inch deep hot oil at 350 degrees
