Ingredients
- 1 TBL EVOO
- 1/2 Onion – chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic – minced
- 1 stalk Celery – chopped
- 1 pkg Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 C white wine
- 2 C chicken broth
- ± 2 C tomatoes
- 1 C Elbow macaroni or other pasta
- 1 can Cannelloni beans
- Parsley and/or cilantro
Step by Step
- Sweat garlic, onions and celery in 1 TBL EVOO
- Add crushed red pepper flakes
- De-glaze with white wine
- 1 can Tomato pieces with juice
- Chicken broth
- Bring to a boil
- Simmer for 60 minutes
- Add elbow macaroni, cook another 10 minutes
- Cannelloni beans – Cook for 5 more minutes
- Parsley and/or cilantro
- Salt to taste
