4 eight inch pitas
Serve with Grandma’s Greens Dip
STEP BY STEP
- Stack and cut into 8 wedges
- Gently separate the one wedge into two.
- Lay with the “ROUGH INSIDE” facing down
- Lightly brush with olive oil
- Flip and brush the Rough side with more oil
- Sprinkle with Maldon salt and/or Sesame Seeds
- For a sweeter treat, sprinkle with CinnaSugar
- For a savory treat, sprinkle with garlic, herbs and Parmesan cheese
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 12 minutes
- Use 2 pans – one on top rack, and one on the bottom.
- @ 4 minutes, switch pans
- @ 4 minutes, flip all chips over
- Serve with spinach dip, Nutella, baba ganoush or hummus
