- GRATE one frozen chicken breast
- SLICE one potato using potato peeler or mandolin
- SOAK potato in ice cold water, then drain
- ADD potato to chicken
- DICE one onion
- ADD one egg, salt, pepper, parsley, and other spices to taste
- MIX and put half mixture into a skillet
- PLACE slices of cheese on the mixture in the pot
- TOP the cheese with the other half of the mixture
- COVER and COOK on medium heat 12-15 minutes
- FLIP using a place as a helper
- COVER and COOK another 10 minutes
