Healthy Start Breakfast
Here is an easy meal you can make at home:
- In a parfait glass
- Add 1/4 C chopped & macerated fruit
- A a short layer of granola
- Add some greek yogurt
- Top with plain sugar
- Brulee the sugar topping
On the run? Here is something you can make the night before, and take with you while you travel:
Grandpa’s Tip: Mix in 1 egg white and 1 TBL sugar . . . yeah, I know what it says !
