Quick Cake

  • 1 C rice
  • 1 C milk
    • Rest 3 hours
    • Blend
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 C canola or peanut oil
  • 150 gm grated coconut
  • 160 gm granulated sugar
  • 200 ml condensed milk (2/3 C)
  • 1 TBL baking powder
    • blend
    • greased bundt pan
  • Bake 50 minutes @ 350
