- Boil 3 C fruit for 30 minutes
- Peel, pit, core, mince – etc – depending on the fruit you are using
- Puree in blender or food processor
- Add 3/4 C white grape juice
- Add 1 packet (or 3 TBL) pectin
- Add 1 TBL lemon juice
- Put above into a sauce pan with 3/4 C sugar
- As soon as it starts to foam, add 2 tsp Grandpa’s CinnaSugar®
- Heat until it reaches a full boil
- Pour into sterilized canning jars
- Keeps for many months
