Ingredients
- 1 TBS Vegetable oil
- 1 LB boneless beef sirloin steak (cut into strips)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can Condensed Beef Broth
- 1 C water
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 3 C UNCOOKED egg noodle pasta
- ½ CU sour cream (use low fat, you can’t tell the difference)
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet
- Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate (stirring)
- Add soup, broth, water, Worcestershire and bring to a boil
- Add pasta and simmer for 15 minutes
- Stir in sour cream and serve
