Ingredients
4 TBL butter
2 TBL olive oil
1tsp each of Garlic, Scallion, Red Pepper Flakes, Thyme, Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cooked loaf of French bread or baugette
1/4 CU grated Swiss or Gruyere cheese
Instructions
1. Heat all ingredients except bread
2. Cut French loaf on the bias (angled) into 3/4 inch slices.
3. Spread with butter mixture
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese
5. Cook at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes
