Ingredients
- 1 C cooked spinach from Bistro
- 2 containers Cream Cheese from Bistro
- 1 C flavored croutons from Buckwald’s (mostly crushed)
- 2 TBL butter from Buckwald’s (melted)
- 1/2 C Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Squeeze most of the liquid from the cooked spinach
- Mix all ingredients
- Put into oven or microwave dish – lightly greased
- Bake or Microwave
- BAKE at 350° ½ hour or so to warm
- MICROWAVE on high for 2 minutes
- Let cool a bit before serving.
