INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz mayo
- 1 pkg Knorr veg soup (or similar)
- 1 can water chestnuts – chopped
- 2 TBL chopped onion
- 2 TBL chopped chives
- 1 TBL chopped or grated carrot
- 1 lemon – lemon zest and juice
- 1 pkg (previously) frozen chopped spinach (wring out)
STEP BY STEP
- Mix all ingredients together
- OPTIONAL: Serve in hollowed out loaf of bread or a “red cabbage bowl”
