If you’ve included a SASE, do not incude $1 OR visit THIS PAGE to get your starter directly from Carl’s Friends by sending them an SASE with only one stamp, but you will get less starter. If you send this form with an SASE with only one stamp on it, I will gladly send you 3/4 ounce of starter.
