INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag small multi colored sweet peppers
- 1/2 LB sausage
- Mozzarella – shredded
- Sharp cheddar – shredded
STEP BY STEP
- Brown the sausage
- Meanwhile, cut the peppers into half – keeping the stem intact
Use the top half in a salad or something like that - Let the sausage cool a bit
- Toss the sausage with the cheeses
- Stuff mixture into the peppers
- Bake at 325º for 5-8 minutes
