Sweet Mini Peppers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag small multi colored sweet peppers
  • 1/2 LB sausage
  • Mozzarella – shredded
  • Sharp cheddar – shredded

STEP BY STEP

  1. Brown the sausage
  2. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into half – keeping the stem intact
    Use the top half in a salad or something like that
  3. Let the sausage cool a bit
  4. Toss the sausage with the cheeses
  5. Stuff mixture into the peppers
  6. Bake at 325º for 5-8 minutes
