- 1 C flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C lowfat buttermilk
1/2 inch safflower oil in fry pan at 365º
- Decide on veggie: () thin asparagus spears () mushroom slices () zucchini slices () Brussel sprout leaves () broccoli
Dip in flour, then batter, then hot oil
