INGREDIENTS

- Glass Bowl containing
- Half Loaf of Sponge bread or Brioche
- 1/4 C Whole milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 TBL butter
- Glass Bowl containing
STEP BY STEP

- Preheat oven to 300ยบ
- Heat sugar and 1 TBL butter over medium heat
- Stir constantly until the sugar darkens and caramelizes
- Pour into lightly greased ramakin
- Put bread into a glass bowl
- Cover with milk
- Let soak for about 4 hours
- Pour into blender and blend
- Pour into ramakin
- Cover tightly with foil
- Put into larger pot with hot water up to halfway
- Put into oven and bake 40 minutes
- Let cool slightly, then invert onto a plate
