- Mix flour, butter, sugar and salt.
- Baked at 350º for ten minutes
- Mix eggs, sugar, lemon peel and juice
- Add canned mango puree
- Mix with flour until you have a loose batter
- Pour over top of your baked bottom crust and spread
- Bake 325º for 25 minutes
- Sprinkle 1/4 C oats (or granola) over the top and press down
- Refrigerate before cutting
