Tortilla Pear Tart

  1. 1 1/2 T Butter on silicon mat
  2. 1/4 C sugar spread around
  3. Wipe tortilla on melted sugar-butter
  4. Flip over and lay 2 Bartlet pears (sliced) on tortilla in concentric circles
  5. Sprinkle with 2 TBL sugar
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg
  7. Sprinkle with shaved frozen butter
  8. Bake 400ยบ for 25-30 minutes
  9. Top with jam glaze
  10. Quarter and serve
