OVERVIEW

- Shred turkey or chicken rather than hamburger
- Start with hot oil in skillet
- Add onion and cook till translucent – 3 minutes
- Add 2 TBL tomato paste – 3 minutes
- Add jalapeño, garlic, green bell peppers – 3 minutes
- Add cayenne, 1 TBL Worcestershire sauce, salt, oregano, cumin – 3 minutes
- Add canaloni beans and tomato pieces – 3 minutes
- Add 1 C chicken broth – If you have them, add the bones into the broth
- Simmer 30 minutes
- Remove bones and serve with cornbread
