INGREDIENTS
- 1 C Yogurt
- 1 Cucumber ( deseeded and cut into small cubes or thin julienne strips ) or grated
- 1 clove Garlic ( minced )
- 2 tsp Mint ( chopped )
- zest and juice from one lemon
- salt & pepper
- 1 tsp dill
STEP BY STEP
- Remove center of cucumber grate fairly small – or to taste
- Add whole milk yogurt or Greek yogurt
- Add minced garlic
- Add lemon and mint
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix and refrigerate.
