Uova da Ravioli – Ravioli Eggs

  1. Start with ravioli or potsticker wrappers
  2. Make a small hollow nest with piped cheese just barely off center
  3. Put yolk in center.  Reserve the white for another recipe.
  4. Carefully cover with pasta and seal using egg wash on the edges
  5. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes
  6. Cook 4 minutes in boiling salted water
