Weekend Picnic Bread

This recipe has not yet been tested

(makes 2 large loaves)

  1. In a large metal bowl soak 2 TBL sesame seeds (golden or brown), soaked in 1/4 C very hot water
  2. Add 2 C brown or white bread flour (or a combination), 2 packets of yeast, 2 TBL white vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup pumpkin seeds and 1 C warm water to begin with.
  3. Mix to a very wet dough, but not runny – add water as needed
  4. Oil the 2 bread tins with olive oil
  5. Pour the mix into tins.
  6. Put into warm place to rise for about one hour.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 450ยบ F for 45 minutes.
  8. Leave to cool before cutting
